Please allow up to three weeks to draw and ship your portrait. Drawing will come packaged in a mailing tube to prevent creasing.

Photo tips: Animal portraits look best when they are taken from closer to eye level (as opposed to looking down on them when they’re on the ground and you’re standing). Make sure they stay still so the image is in focus! Lighting should be in front of the subjects so they’re not backlit by a window or the sun. High-resolution images work best; snapshots from your phone work just fine too.
